The negativity we see all around us is created by us, on a collective level. Therefore, we should stop complaining about it and start making change.
Tyrants are elected by us. Mediums of propaganda exist because of our support. Wars happen only because we haven’t learned to love each other. The poor, the greedy, the criminal are all the consequence of our competitive spirit.
Yet we enjoy blaming others: We blame the banks for the financial crisis, we blame the governments for their inability to serve the people, we blame the mainstream media for spreading misinformation, we blame the elite for their shadow agendas. But we forget that we are the supporters of all the above.
In a sense, we are the creators of this world, and we can change it at any moment we wish, if we truly want to. If we don’t, we are bound to suffer even more and eventually destroy the world and ourselves along with it.
It’s about time we take responsibility for our lives. Each one of us is partly responsible for nearly everything negative that is going on in the world, and we better admit it right now. So, let’s stop blaming others, because blaming is never going to bring any concrete change. True change will take place only once we embody the change that we wish to see in the world.
