Everybody likes the sweet taste of added sugar. But what does science have to say about its health effects?
As the following video points out, scientific research has shown that table sugar and high fructose corn syrup can be very detrimental to our health, leading to a wide range physical diseases, including obesity, metabolic syndromes, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and liver disease.
In other words, added sugar is slowly killing us, and the sooner we start cutting down on our daily sugar intake, the healthier we’ll become.
